Terms & Conditions
When collecting trailers for hire, customers will need to provide at least two forms of identification showing their current address. Coast 2 Coast reserve the right to refuse the hire even if booked in advance. If you are unsure please contact us to discuss before hiring the trailer.
Responsibilities of the Person Hiring the Trailer
he person agrees to indemnify Coast 2 Coast from all loss and damage to the hire trailer. The person hiring the trailer hereby undertakes to ensure that no-one else uses the trailer without our express permission.
The person hiring the trailer will at no time or in any respect hold Coast 2 Coast responsible for any personal injury or damage to their property or the property of anyone else whilst using the trailer.
Insurance & Responsibility for Lost, Stolen or Damaged Trailers
The person hiring the trailer agrees to pay Coast 2 Coast the full replacement cost of any trailer that may be lost, stolen or damaged beyond economical repair, whilst in their charge. Cost will also include all loss of hire charges. The person must insure the trailer on this basis.
Hire trailers must be returned during working hours and the trailer must not be left until it has been inspected by a member of staff from Coast 2 Coast. The hirer remains responsible for the trailer until it has been inspected.
Coast 2 Coast reserve the right to keep any deposit in full if the trailer is returned outside working hours.
The trailer goods are not insured by Coast 2 Coast whilst in your possession and the trailer on hire will be used completely at the hirers own risk. This includes all moving parts: winches, cables, hooks, rack and pinion etc.
On collection it is in your own interest to examine the trailer before leaving our premises, as we reserve the right to charge an approximate amount to cover any damage, which includes punctures.
Please note that a day's hire is between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 72 hours notice for a full refund minus 10% booking fee.
